The location, staff, cleanliness, and amenities were all great!

Nothing to complain about at all.

My Easter stay was awesome! the location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to many popular tourist spots. the staff was super helpful and always went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. I loved the powerful hairdryer in the room and the fact that I was able to enjoy Netflix and YouTube using the wireless connection on the TV.

Although most things at the hotel were great, I disliked the fact that the room felt stuffy and the air conditioning didn't seem to work effectively, even though it was set to the coolest temperature. It was also unfortunate that the window could not be opened to let in some fresh air.

We had a wonderful romantic getaway at this hotel. The rooms were cozy and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The location was ideal; we could easily walk to many of the tourist attractions in the city. We also loved the restaurant/café, which had a great ambiance and delicious food.

There were also a few negatives. The room was quite small, which meant that there was not a lot of space to move around in.

Although the breakfast service was not self-service, the menu options were decent and the reception desk was staffed almost 24/7.

The air conditioning was a letdown. Despite trying to cool the room to a comfortable temperature, the air felt stale and stuffy, and the duvet provided was too warm for the hot room.
